Holiday Return Policy

Our Holiday Return Policy is simple! All gifts purchased before December 24th can be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 1st. We want to ensure you have a seamless experience during the holiday season!
As always the following items are non-returnable:

All sale items including: Any item(s) marked-down on clearance, warehouse sale or items labeled FINAL SALE

Intimate items including: bodysuits, underwear, sticky bras, bras, shape-wear, and tights.

Home good items including: stationary, drink-ware, sun-catchers, keychains, air fresheners (including, oils, incense, and candles), candle accessories, pillowcases, and food.

Accessories including: jewelry, shoes, handbags, coin-purses, purse straps, hats, hat accessories, hair accessories, sun glasses, and socks.

Gift Cards

Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items; items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains, or tags removed.

If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, we will happily replace your item at no expense to you, or refund your card if a replacement is not possible. Please contact returns@hollieray.com to start your replacement/return process.

In Store Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our store for your purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer an exchange policy for items of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, we will happily replace your item at no expense to you, or refund your card if a replacement is not possible. Please contact returns@hollieray.com to start your replacement/return process.
Worn or used items may be returned due to manufacturing defects only, for repair or replacement per manufacturer's instructions. If the item cannot be replaced or repaired, a refund will be issued based on the original method of payment with a valid invoice. Normal wear and tear and failure to follow manufacturer's laundering instructions are not considered a manufacturing defect. No returns for defective merchandise after 45 days.
Manufacture Defects include: Straps breaking, seams coming apart or frayed, zipper breaking after minimal use, buttons falling off after minimal use, button loops becoming detached, discoloration, soles on shoes coming apart, straps on shoes breaking, jewelry clasp breaking.

Online Return Policy
Returns of eligible items purchased online must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order to receive a refund back to the original method of payment. A return shipping fee of $5.95 will be subtracted from your return when using our pre-paid return shipping label to mail back your item(s). Returns must be returned within 21 days of purchasing for eligibility. All Merchandise must be in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached) to be eligible for a return.

Returning Items Purchase Online In-Store:
You may return your merchandise to any Hollie Ray location. You must provide a copy of your invoice when returning merchandise to a store. Item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. The same return policy applies when returning in stores, however, the return shipping fee will be waived.
